WHY IT WORKS IN A GYM
Everyone moves at once
Split the class into groups of two to eight around a deck. There's no equipment to share, so there's no queue.
Nobody sits out
A student who can't perform a movement draws a card instead. No bench, no penalty, nobody singled out.
The cards teach the form
Every exercise card is illustrated, so a student who has never done a proper push-up can copy the picture.

Ages — 6 and up
Players — 2–8 per deck, or team play with 2–4 per side
Activity block — rounds run short and fit a 20–30 minute period
Equipment — none
Languages — full rules in English and Spanish
In each deck — 97 cards. 80 exercise cards (Jumping Jacks, Push Ups, Sit Ups and Knee Bends, numbered 1 to 5 in four colors) plus Pass, Reverse, Exercise and Fitness Instructor cards.
