What's in Every Deck
97 illustrated cards: 80 exercise cards (jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups and knee bends, numbered 1 to 5 in red, blue, yellow and green) plus Pass, Reverse, Exercise and Fitness Instructor cards. Rules in English and Spanish. Play head-to-head or in teams of 2–4 a side. A player who can't do a movement draws a card instead of sitting out, so nobody gets left on the bench.
