Who we are. fitness4fun.com and the Fitness 4 Fun card game are operated by Global Tribrush LLC ("Fitness 4 Fun", "we"). By ordering from this site or using our free online games you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in US dollars. We ship within the United States only. An order is accepted when it ships; if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error, we'll contact you and cancel or refund the affected order. Sales tax is charged where required.

Play safely. Fitness 4 Fun involves physical exercise. Play at your own pace and stop if anything hurts. Adults should supervise children, and anyone with a health condition should check with a doctor before playing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Tribrush LLC is not liable for injuries or losses arising from play.

Free online games. The browser games at classic, kids and arena.fitness4fun.com are provided free of charge, as is, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Trademarks and content. FITNESS 4 FUN is a registered trademark. The card designs, rules, artwork, text and games on this site belong to Global Tribrush LLC and may not be copied, sold or redistributed without written permission. Teachers and parents are welcome to print our free resources for classroom and home use.
