1. Deal 7 cards to each player. Put the rest face down as the draw pile, then turn the top card over to start the discard pile.

2. On your turn, match the top card of the discard pile by number, color or exercise.

3. No match? Draw one card. If it plays, play it. If not, your turn passes.

4. Land on an Exercise Card and you do the move — everyone else counts your reps.

5. Down to one card? Shout “Fitness 4 What!” Forget, and if you get caught you draw one more.

6. Play your last card, shout “Fitness 4 Fun!” and you win.
